Need help from ADMIN ASAP

I have a member, bropro, who has tried to get post on the forums here and has emailed admin a few times, but so far is only able to send PM's. He pm'd me apparently out of desperation, and can't figure out what needs to be done to be "activated".

I had a similiar problem back when I signed up but I emailed admin and was immediately activated.

If there's anything else this brother needs to do, please let him know-- he's confused..
